I feel like such a loser
Why can’t I do anything right?
Instead of finding happiness
I find another fight
Does everything have to be so hard
Why can’t I ever win?
I need a friend to stand with me
Not to twist the knife further in
It should have been the answer
It should have been just right
It should have been my dream come true
To get me through the night
It wasn’t the only answer
It wasn’t meant to be
It wasn’t everything I ever wanted
It wasn’t right for me
My stubbornness is solid
I don’t want to back down
When everyone pushes my buttons
I feel like I might drown
In anger and frustration
My temper’s going to blow
Remember to keep breathing
Now I’m the one that’s in control

So I have to start all over
This isn’t fair at all
It seems the higher I set my standards

Why can’t I make things work out?
Will I ever be good enough?
At least I learn from every lesson
